The show is sponsored by Historic Maeystown. Its mission is to highlight and recognize the works of local artists in the Monroe and Randolph County area. Art will be displayed from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m in the ballroom of Corner George Inn and at the Preservation Society Mill and Museum both days. There is no admission price for the show. The St. Joe Women’s Fellowship will be serving food at the Mill. The mission of the show is to feature the work of local artists. There is no admission charge to the public and there is no fee for participating artists. Artists are chosen each year by Historic Maeystown for the two day event. The 2013 Spring Art Show will feature the work of several of the instructors in the public and parochial schools in Monroe County. Exhibiting works will be Jane Huebner, Waterloo High School; Diane Corzine, Gibault High School; Jen Traube, Columbia High School; Sara Schoenborn, Valmeyer Junior High and High School; Annette Rau, Waterloo Junior High School; and Tammy Fulte, Columbia Middle School.
